Analytics and Performance Measurement
We use Google Analytics to understand reliability, usage patterns, and product friction points.
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google) together with our own technical logging to understand performance, page usage, and reliability. These tools can process information such as IP address, browser and device information, and site interaction events.
We apply Google's Consent Mode. Before you make a choice, Google Analytics runs in a limited, cookieless mode: it measures page views on an aggregated basis only and does not store cookies or persistent identifiers on your device.
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may then set its own cookies and the site sets first-party identifiers — a soh_vid visitor cookie and a soh_sid session identifier — so we can measure usage in more detail. If you reject or later withdraw consent, no analytics cookies or identifiers are stored and measurement stays in the cookieless mode.
